Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
You can modify or cancel your booking without any fees 48hs before your day of arrival except if a special offer or promotion specifies other terms and conditions. Any cancellation done within 48h before the arrival day or in the event of a "no show" one night will be charged on your credit card as a penalty fee. Regarding bookings upper 3 nights there will be a special policy of 5 days without any fee. In any other case, no fee will be charged and payment will be made upon check-out. Any cancellation done out of term, one night will be charged on your credit card as a penalty fee.
All the reservations have to be guaranteed with credit card. The hotel reserves the right to modify this policy based on the number of the rooms and room nights booked (applying group cancellation policy).
Check-in & Check-out Time
Minimum check-in time: 2:00 PM. If you plan on checking-in after 6 PM, please notify it within the "Special Requests" field. Maximum check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Children notification
Children from 3 years until 12 years old (included), a child may be accommodated free of charge in an extra bed. If you click on the corresponding check-box you will receive a second e-mail confirming you the availability or not of the room with an extra bed. Children until 2 years old may be accommodated free of charge in a cradle. In both cases, if you click on the corresponding check-box while doing your booking, you will receive a second e-mail confirming you the availability or not of the room specially requested.
Pets and Puppies
The Hotel Capri accepts pets and puppies on request. Please, let us know doing a short description like: (size, tempered…). If you click on the corresponding check-box while doing your booking, you will receive a second e-mail confirming you the availability or not of the room specially requested.
